Still most of mathematics teachers implement traditional mathematics teaching methods, namely the learning of mathematics by relying on a single method expository with the cycle: explaining, giving examples, asking questions and giving the task in the classical style. With this method then the math teachers have difficulty in: 1) serve various needs / demands of the students in learning mathematics, 2) encourage underachieving students to improve academic achievement, 3) encourage students to learn actively, 4) use and develop mathematical and props 5) encourage students to learn through collaboration.

Development of mathematical learning model is an attempt to overcome the difficulties of service of teachers to students in learning mathematics. Teachers' efforts in meeting the academic demands of a wide range of students, encourage students to improve achievement of low achievers, encourages students to learn actively, and encourage students to learn through collaboration, can be done by:
a.     Developing Student Worksheet (BLM)
LKS development benefits:
provide an opportunity for students to work independently
provide an opportunity for students to work together
provide an opportunity for teachers to develop a wide range of activities
provide an opportunity for students to conduct discovery
LKS development barriers or constraints:
increase the workload of teachers
require an additional fee
requires knowledge and skills of teachers
requires continuity of development
require management techniques / management LKS
Schools need support in order to be implemented in a comprehensive
b.     Formation of study groups
Benefits of the formation of study groups:
encourage students to conduct discussions
provide context and varied learning environment
provide an opportunity for teachers to develop a wide range of activities
provide an opportunity for students to work together

c.     Development of methods of class discussions / group
Benefit the development of methods discussion:
provide an opportunity for students to initiate
provide an opportunity for students to think and find a different method
train students to accept others' opinions
deepen understanding of a concept
linking concepts with one another
provide feedback to teachers

Barriers or obstacles in the development of methods of discussion:
teachers' understanding of the meaning of the method is relatively less discussion
the students are not used in a discussion
require additional time for presentation of a material
material that can be discussed relatively little
dominated by a brilliant student
not in accordance with the prevailing paradigm of learning
cultural constraints such as the saying goes: "silence is golden" and "empty barrel crake"

d.     Development of visual aids and media education.
Benefits of the development of visual aids and media education:
providing variety of activities
providing variety of learning methods
variations in context and provide an atmosphere of learning
clarify understanding of concepts

Barriers or obstacles developing teaching aids and media education:
props are not too relevant to some material in high school mathematics learning
use of props corpulent time-consuming
skill and creativity requires teachers to develop teaching aids and educational media
require additional costs for props and high costs for the development of teaching aids
requires a high commitment to school is not in accordance with the prevailing paradigm of learning

Education has a very important role in the process of improving the quality of human resources. Therefore, education is expected to be one vehicle to prepare the nation's generation, so the birth of human resources that are reliable and have the ability to face the dynamic development of science and technology today quickly, accurately and effectively. Mathematics learning objectives, namely:
1.    Train the way of thinking and reasoning in drawing conclusions, for example through the activities of investigation, exploration, experimentation, showing similarities, differences, and inconsistencies consistent.
2.    Develop a creative activity involving imagination, intuition, and findings by developing divergent thinking, original, curiosity, make predictions and allegations, and to experiment.
3.    Develop problem-solving capabilities.
4.    Develop the ability convey information or communicate ideas, among others through verbal conversations, notes, charts, maps, and diagrams.
(Balitbang MONE, 2003: 6).

Based on the description of the purpose of learning mathematics, showing that learning math is: (1) the process of teaching students to have the ability to think mathematically, (2) develop students' mathematical abilities and skills to be able to apply mathematical thinking in everyday life and in learning other sciences.
Therefore, one approach is oriented to the problems tangible for the students is a realistic approach to mathematics. The things that do need to be developed by teachers in the RME approach, namely;
1.    Teacher competence in the field of Mathematics Realistic development approach include: the use of the real world to explore mathematical concepts, the formation of mathematical concepts, mathematical knowledge builders, as well as develop in the form of a formal abstract mathematics.
2.    Teacher competence in the field of development of mathematical thinking attitude, include: trying to ask, trying to understand a mathematical problem, trying to find a mathematical problem, try to solve mathematical problems, trying to link mathematics with each other, trying to use the data to solve the problem, try to record & communicate the activities solving problems, trying to organize & arrange the objects of mathematics.

Leson study merupakan rencana guru untuk melakukan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Tujuan lesson study adalah untuk memberikan konstribusi peningatan sekunder mengajar matematika terutama pendekatan tindakan kelas, rencana metode yang akan digunakan, serta rencana fasilitas apa ayng dibutuhkan. Tujuan spesifik kegiatan lesson study, diantarannya;
