HOW TO BE GOOD MATH OF METHOD OF LEARNING

A.    Introduction
In the learning process consists of a variety of teaching methods that are developed each time period. The main purpose of convening the learning process is to achieve learning objectives. And its main goal is the success of student in learning in order to better education in a subject or education in general. If teachers engage in it withal sorts of methods are developed so that acts as a teacher serves as a leader of learning or learning facilitator, while student act as student or individual learning. An effort of teacher in the primary process to a special purpose or general learning process was achieved by the students
Teachers’ efforts in managing the teaching and use different variable are important in any part of the success of students achieving the planned objectives. Therefore, the selection is very important method in accordance with the development paradigm.
B.     Method Of Learning
Method of learning tailored to the development paradigm. By innovating, making changes the role of the teacher as a construct of knowledge by student will taste and students will be able to fulfill aspects of learning (cognitive, psychomotor and affective0 in its own way, student learn both independently and in collaboration with his colleagues, students need contexts and different situations in learning, students are given the opportunity to demonstrate abilities and skills do physical activities such as painting a triangle, square painting, painting a circle, and so on. All of it, will make students feel happy and motivated in learning.
If teachers are still using traditional methods which only acts as a transfer of knowledge will create a bad impact for students. Students can’t develop its own way, students will feel stressed with the demands that exist, and students end up not having a passion for learning.
Therefore, teachers need to realize the paradigm by changing the traditional teaching to learning to innovate, as follows;
1.      Teacher centered but student centered
2.      Passive students into active students
3.      Obligation to consciousness, needs
4.      Orientation but the orientation process and outcome
5.      Quickly and in a hurry to be patient and wait
6.      Class service to individual services
7.      Unification of a recognition of difference
8.      Expositions, lectures into discussions, the variation method
9.      Abstract, a concrete memory, comprehension, application
10.  External motivation but internal motivation
11.  Very formal be a bit informal
12.  Centralistic to autonomy
13.  Highly structured to be flexible
14.  Teacher educators but teacher facilitator
15.  Deductive to inductive and deductive
16.  The teacher implementing curriculum but the teacher developers curriculum
17.  Evaluation of a assessment
18.  Dominating role of the teacher into the role of Serving.

C.    Conclusion
With the change from traditional teaching and learning will undoubtedly be a innovation will be more interesting and aspects to be loaded will be more satisfied students.
